Yuva Sathi Online Apply: No Need to Stand in Crowds, Fill the Form From Home Like This

The state government has announced a big project for unemployed youth in West Bengal. It has been announced that the Yuva Saathi scheme will be officially started from April 1, 2026. Similarly, form fill-up has started in 294 assembly constituencies of the state from February 15. The date for submitting applications for this project has been fixed from February 15 to February 26, 2026. However, due to the rush in distributing forms, offline as well as online has been introduced to reduce the pressure. So from this time, to avoid the offline rush, you can fill up the form online.

How to fill up the form online?

Go to the Amader Para Amader Samadhan portal. The form has to be filled up from https://apas.wb.gov.in/. Details on how to fill up the form are given there.

Candidates can register in the online application process on the https://apas.wb.gov.in/ portal. After verifying the OTP through mobile, the application form will be displayed. The form has to be filled in correctly, including name, address, date of birth, educational qualification and last exam details. Select ‘Unemployed’ or ‘Self-employed’ as ‘Current Occupation’ and provide Aadhaar-linked bank details. If you are eligible for any other government allowance, mention it.

Before filling the form, keep the following in hand—

1. Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (PDF only)

2. Marksheet or certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (PDF only)

3. Copy of Aadhaar card (PDF only)

4. Copy of voter card (PDF only)

5. First page of passbook (PDF only)

6. Copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate (PDF only)

7. Recent passport size photograph (PDF only)

8. Applicant’s signature (JPG or PNG format only)

9. Valid mobile number. OTP/Secret PIN will be sent to that number. All communication will be made to this phone number

Go to Apply Online option. Mobile number, captcha will be required. OTP will come on the mobile phone. Clicking on it will open the Application Form. Basic Details-Documents-Final Submit, after completing three steps, the application process is over. After applying, you can also download a copy of the application form.

Apart from this, the form for Yuba Sathi can also be found on the website of the Youth and Sports Department. You can get the form by clicking on Application Form for Bangler Yuba Sathi Scheme at https://sportsandyouth.wb.gov.in/wbyouthservices. You will have to download the form from here and submit it along with the documents to the camp.

Under the scheme, the selected candidates will get an allowance of Rs. 1,500 per month and it will be given for five years. The first payment will start from April 1, 2026. This initiative is being seen as a big step in solving youth unemployment in the state.
