Ayushman Card- An attempt has been made to provide health cover to the poor through the Centre’s Ayushman scheme, free treatment for serious diseases is also available. Recently, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also launched the Ayushman scheme in the capital Delhi. Now, the criteria of this scheme is quite broad, in such a situation a large part of the society is also covered.

Benefits

Those who get Ayushman card, they also have many benefits from it. In difficult times, their path becomes a little easier. Here we understand what benefits can reach you by having Ayushman card-

1. Due to Ayushman card, 3 days of pre-hospitalization and 15 days of post-hospitalization is available.
2. All tests are included in the Ayushman card.
3. The expenses on medicines are also included in this card.
4. Food expenses during hospitalization are also covered under Ayushman Card.

For information, let us tell you that this scheme of the Central Government launched under the National Health Policy 2017 is beneficial for all persons above 70 years of age, irrespective of their income. The age mentioned in the Aadhar card of the beneficiary is considered as the basis of eligibility.

How to make Ayushman Card online?

  • First of all visit the official website https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/
  • You can also go to the mobile app ( Ayushman Mobile App ) to get the Ayushman card made
  • You have to login as Beneficiary
  • Enter Captcha Code and mobile number, fill OTP and enter Captcha Code again.
  • Then a new screen will open in front of you, you have to select PMJAY in the scheme, select state, sub scheme, district in the next box.
  • In the last box, you have to select one of Aadhaar number, Family ID or PMJAY ID in Search By.
  • If you search by Aadhaar number, then you will have to enter the Aadhaar number and Captcha Code below.
  • As soon as you enter the Aadhaar number, if your name is in the list then the details of the whole family will be revealed.
  • The person whose Ayushman card has not been made, will see Unidentified written in front of his name in e-KYC status.
  • The last column in the table will be Action to create a card.
  • Click in the Action column in front of the name of the person whose Aadhaar card has not been made.
  • As soon as you click on it, the last 4 numbers of that member’s Aadhaar card will be visible.
  • As soon as you verify, a Consent Form will appear, which you have to read and allow.
  • After this you will have to do e-KYC, the method of which is given below.

Aadhaar card
Ration card or family identity card (PPP ID)
Mobile Number
Name in eligibility list
Caste certificate (if from reserved category)
Certificate of Income
Documents related to the current status of the family

Where to check the list of Ayushman Card hospitals?

  1. You will get the list of hospitals only on the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/ .
  2. You will also see ‘ Find Empanelled Hospital ‘ on the home page
  3. On clicking this, a separate page will open, in which you can search by Pin Code, District, Facility Name or Advance Search
  4. In this list, you will get information about how many hospitals are there, which are suspended and which are blacklisted.
