UIDAI Facility: If you are an Aadhar card holder, then this is good news for you. Let us tell you that UIDAI is now preparing to launch a new mobile app, e-Aadhaar. Through this app, people will be able to easily update the information present in the Aadhar card, like address, date of birth, and mobile number, from their mobile itself.

According to the information, the e-Aadhaar app can be released for the general public by the end of the year 2025. Its purpose is that people do not have to go to the enrollment or update center again and again for Aadhaar-related services. This app will be completely digital and user-friendly so that the process can be fast, simple, and secure.

The new app will be equipped with AI and Face ID

For information, let us tell you that this app is being designed with modern technology. Features like Artificial Intelligence, Face Recognition and Digital Verification will be provided in it. Through this, much important information can be updated only from the smartphone, which will save both time and effort. Regarding this app, UIDAI has informed that from November 2025, users will have to go to the physical center only for biometric updates, i.e., fingerprint and iris scan. All other work can be completed with the e-Aadhaar app.

Data will be updated automatically

UIDAI is preparing this app in such a way that it can automatically get the necessary information from the government database. For example, information like birth certificate, PAN card, ration card, MNREGA data, driving license, and electricity bill will be automatically fetched through the app. This will make address verification and other updates even faster.
