According to UIDAI, from November, Aadhar users will need to go to the enrollment centre only for biometric authentication, i.e. fingerprint or iris scanning.
Along with this, UIDAI will add many great facilities to the e-Aadhaar app. Users’ data will be automatically fetched from government sources like birth certificate, PAN card, passport, driving license, ration card, MNREGA records and electricity bill. The most important thing is that with e-Aadhaar, the work of address verification and other updates will be done quickly and conveniently.
