What documents are required to split the family of ration card?
1) Aadhaar card and ration card of the head of the family.
2) Residence certificate of the head of the family.

Family change of ration card online
1) First of all, visit the official website of the Food Department. You can also click on the link below to come directly to the official portal.
2) Then click on Citizen Home on the home page. Then click on the corner related to ration card.

3) On the next page, click on the service that requires office approval. On the next page, click on Apply Online.
4) Then enter the Aadhaar card number of any one of the members with whom you want to create a separate family and verify it by OTP and come to the Dashboard.

5) On the next page, click on Online Form Service, click on Click Here under Form 13.
6) On the next page, you can see the ration cards of all the family members, now click on Next and select the ration card whose ration card you want to separate and click on Split Family and do Next.

7) On the next page, select any one of the remaining members and verify his Aadhaar OTP and upload the documents within 300KB on the next page and submit the application.
Ration Card Family Separate Status Check Method
1) First of all, come to the official website of the ration card. You can also come directly to the official portal by clicking on the link below.

2) Then click on Check Status Of Ration Card Application on the home page.
3) Then select Aadhaar card from the search type and verify the OTP by mentioning the Aadhaar card number of the person whose Aadhaar card you used to login and apply in the first step.

4) On the next page, click on View and Check Status to see if the application has been approved or is pending.
