Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the first installment in the accounts of 40 thousand needy rural families under the PM Gramin Awas Yojana at a program organized in Motihari, Bihar, on Friday, July 18. Under this installment, the government has transferred an amount of ₹ 162 crore directly to the accounts of 40 thousand beneficiaries.

Now these families will be able to build their dream house! Along with this, 12 thousand beneficiaries were also given Griha Pravesh in their newly constructed houses in the same program. This is truly a historic moment that will help improve the standard of living in rural areas of Bihar.

How much money was received in the first installment

Under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, an amount of ₹ 40,000 has been transferred directly to the accounts of 40 thousand beneficiaries of Bihar as the first installment. The government has released a total amount of ₹ 162 crore under this scheme. You will see the option of “Stakeholders” on the screen, click on it. Select “IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary” from the drop-down menu.

Now the “Search Beneficiary Detail” page will open. Enter your registration number here and click on “Submit”.

As soon as you submit, you will get complete information related to your installment.

If you do not have a registration number, don’t worry! You can also search the status of your installment using the beneficiary’s name, BPL number, account number, or other information.

If you are also a beneficiary of PM Awas Yojana, then the message of the first installment released today must have come to your registered mobile number.

SMS Alert:- Usually, the information about the installment sent by the department is given through SMS. Check your mobile inbox.

Bank Alert:- Apart from this, when money comes into your account, the bank also sends you a message. You can easily find out through these messages whether you have received the first installment or not.
