Bank Delays Becoming a Major Obstacle

According to Bhajan Singh, the project in charge at UPEDA, the role of banks is crucial in the scheme. Most beneficiaries take loans from banks to install solar systems, but many banks are not providing loans on time. In addition, unnecessary documents are being demanded, causing difficulties for the beneficiaries. This is why the progress of the scheme in the district is not keeping pace with the target.
