PAN Card Reprint Process
First, go to the website Onlineservice.nsdl.com and click on the Reprint of PAN Card option. Then a window will open. There you have to enter the PAN number, Aadhaar number, month and year of birth. Then click on the submit button.
Then you have to make an online payment of 50 rs online. Once the payment process is completed, the reprint submission process will be completed. If the payment is made correctly, the PAN card will reach your home within 7 days of the application.

How to re-apply for PAN card offline:
Step 1: Download and print the form “Request for new PAN card or/and changes or Correction in PAN Data”.
Step 2: Fill the form in block letters. Fill the form completely and sign in the appropriate boxes.
Step 3: Applicants must attach two passport size photographs with the form. You will have to cross-sign the passport very carefully.
Step 4: The form along with the payment, proof of identity, proof of address and proof of PAN will be sent to the NSDL facility center. After payment, a printed acknowledgement form is generated, which is used to track the status of the PAN card.
