What is Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY)?
Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana is a small saving scheme started by the Central Government. This scheme is made to help parents save money for their daughter’s education and marriage. It gives a good interest rate of 8.2%. You also get tax benefit under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act. The money you get at the end is completely tax-free.

- Then go to the menu and tap on the Services option.
- Next, tap on Govt. Initiative.

What Services Are Available in the App?
Right now, this app only helps in opening the account. If you want to take out money, close the account, or close it before time, then you must go to the PNB branch.
