CM Gramodyog Rozgar Yojana: The government of Uttar Pradesh is implementing a program aimed at empowering youth towards self-sufficiency. These loans will be disbursed through banks, with the government offering significant interest subsidies.

Which categories will receive funding at what interest rates?
Reserved Category – 0%
General Category – 4%
It is important to note that applicants from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, OBCs, minorities, women, ex-servicemen, and persons with disabilities will not incur any interest on the term loan. The government will cover the entire interest amount.
Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants must be aged between 18 and 50 years.
A minimum educational qualification of passing class 8 is required.
Men from the general category must contribute 10% of the project cost, while men from reserved categories need to contribute only 5%.
Applicants should not have previously taken a loan from any government institution or Khadi Board.
Documents needed for application:
A passport-sized photo and Aadhar card.
Educational qualification certificate (mark sheet).
Residence Certificate and Population Certificate.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Village Head.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).
Detailed Project Report (DPR): This should include comprehensive details about the business you intend to start and the estimated costs involved.
How to apply for a bank loan?
Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board and click on the link of Chief Minister Village Industries Employment Scheme.
Register by filling your basic details and get login ID.
Fill in the application form with your personal details, educational qualifications and details of your proposed project.
Scan all the required documents mentioned above and upload them on the portal.
After submitting the form, the District Village Industries Office will review your application. If found eligible, your application will be forwarded to the relevant bank for loan approval.
