How to Link Aadhaar and Voter ID Offline
If you don’t want to use the online process, an offline method is also available. For this, you will have to visit your nearest Booth Level Officer (BLO). If you don’t know your area’s BLO, you can find this information on the Election Commission’s official website.

After that, you will have to fill out the application form for linking Aadhaar and Voter ID with the BLO. You will also need to submit the necessary documents. The BLO will verify the documents. After the verification is complete, your Voter ID card will be linked to your Aadhaar card.
How to Link Online through the NVSP Portal
The National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) can be used to link Aadhaar and Voter ID online. For this, you first need to register yourself on the NVSP website. After logging in, click on the Aadhaar Collection option available on the website.
Then open Form 6B and link your profile using your Voter ID number or EPIC number. You will have to complete the identity verification process here. After filling in all the required information correctly, submit the form. After the process is complete, your Aadhaar and Voter ID will be linked.

You can also link via Phone Call
You can also link your Aadhaar and Voter ID via phone call. For this, you will have to call the Election Commission’s helpline number 1950. During the call, you will have to provide your Aadhaar number or EPIC number.
