Know what is Lado Laxmi Yojana?

To strengthen the economic status of women in Haryana, the BJP made a major announcement before the assembly elections. According to this announcement, every eligible woman in the state will receive a monthly assistance of Rs 2,100. Subsequently, a budget of Rs 5,000 crore was allocated for this scheme in the Haryana government’s 2025-26 budget. If a woman is already receiving this amount under any other scheme, she will not receive the benefit. However, if a woman is suffering from a disease like cancer, hemophilia, thalassemia, or sickle cell anemia and is also receiving benefits from other schemes for her illness, such women will benefit.
