As the company’s turnover crossed ₹ 200 crore in the financial year 2024-25, the company’s owner Kailash Kabra celebrated with his team in such a way that it is now being discussed all over the country. Kabra Jewels Limited has gifted brand new cars to its 12 senior employees who took the company’s business to new heights. This move shows how much the company values its employees.
Holiday packages and gold and silver coins rained
The company gifted brand new cars to its 12 senior employees. Apart from this, many other employees were also given two-wheelers, mobile phones, holiday packages for the entire family and gold and silver coins.
In this grand ceremony, luxurious cars like Mahindra XUV700, Toyota Innova, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Xcent and Maruti Suzuki Ertiga were gifted to the employees. This was not only a big surprise for the employees, but it was also a symbol of the company’s generosity and respect towards its employees.

Kabra Jewels owner Kailash Kabra believes that this great success of the company is the result of the tireless hard work of not only him but the entire team.
He said, “I could have bought a luxury car for myself, but I felt that the people who helped me build my brand should get this happiness.” His statement shows how much he values the contribution of his team and considers success to be the result of collective effort.

The foundation of the company was laid at the age of 21
Kailash Kabra started Kabra Jewels at the age of 21. At that time the turnover of the company was just ₹2 crore and there were only 12 people in the team. Today, the company is doing business of more than ₹200 crore with a strong team of 140 employees.
Kailash Kabra said that this success is the result of the teachings of his family and gurus, who taught him that giving is as important as earning. This thinking of his is reflected in the success of the company and his behaviour towards the employees.
