Actually, The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has improved passenger comfort and travel experience by replacing the existing Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) rake in train number 20503 Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express.
NF Railway said in a statement, “The newly inducted rakes will have new interiors, aesthetics and new suspension systems, ensuring a seamless and safe journey for passengers. This upgrade is in line with Indian Railways’ continuous efforts to modernise its rolling stock and deliver world-class services in its premium train segment.”
NF Railway said that the new rake, recently rolled out from the factory, will replace the old rake that was in service for many years and had worn out over time. It added, “Manufactured as per the latest standards for furnishings, passenger amenities and safety features, the new rakes offer improved reliability, better travel comfort and an overall better travel experience owing to the freshness and improved maintainability of the new rakes, even though the overall coach design and technology remains largely the same.”
