Government Loan Scheme: The central and several state governments are running various schemes to empower women financially. One such scheme is the Udyogini Yojana. Under this scheme, women are provided loans ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh, without any guarantee or collateral, so that they can start their own business or expand an existing one.
Initially, this scheme was launched by the Karnataka government. Later, the central government implemented it across the country. This scheme aims to make women financially independent. With the help of this loan, women get the opportunity to start or expand businesses such as beauty parlors, tailoring shops, or other small businesses.
