RAC– Good news for passengers. Now passengers with RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation-RAC) tickets in AC coaches will also get full bedroll facility. Earlier, two passengers traveling on RAC tickets were given the same bedroll, which caused inconvenience and quarrels. Under the new system, every RAC passenger will get a packaged bedroll, which will include two bedsheets, a blanket, a pillow and a towel.
For your information, let us tell you that the size of the railways is continuously increasing. Recently, the Central Government has approved the upgrade of IRCTC and IRFC as the 25th and 26th Navratna companies of the country respectively.
This initiative will make the journey of RAC passengers more comfortable and complaints of discrimination against them will also end. Now RAC passengers will also be able to avail facilities like confirmed ticket passengers and passengers will be able to reach their destination comfortably.
