Following today’s decline, the price of gold stands at ₹151,358 per tola. Prior to this—on April 16—the price of gold was ₹153,106 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, the price of one kilogram of silver has dropped by ₹3,362, bringing its value to ₹247,930.
Previously, the price of silver stood at ₹251,292. Based on the rates released by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association on the morning of April 17, 2026, the price of 23-carat gold is ₹150,752 per 10 grams. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 995-purity gold has dropped by ₹1,741, bringing its value to ₹150,752 per 10 grams. Additionally, 916-purity gold has become cheaper by ₹1,601, with its price now standing at ₹138,644 per 10 grams. Furthermore, 750-purity gold has declined by ₹1,311, to ₹113,519. Finally, the price of 585-purity gold has decreased by ₹1,023. Today, its price is ₹88,544 per tola.
