Gold and silver prices saw a slight decline on September 17. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), 24-carat gold fell by ₹898 to ₹109,971 per 10 grams. Previously, the price of gold was ₹110,869 per tola.

24-carat gold with 999 purity is being sold today at ₹1,09,971 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of 995-purity gold is ₹1,09,531 per 10 grams. The price of 22-carat gold with 916 purity is being sold at ₹1,00,733 per 10 grams today. Apart from this, the price of 18-carat gold with 750 purity is ₹82,478 per 10 grams today. Apart from this, the price of 14-carat gold of 585 purity is Rs 6,4333 today. Whereas, the price of silver of 999 purity is Rs 1,26,713 per kilo.

According to the IBJA website, the price of gold has increased by Rs 33,809 so far this year. On December 31, 2024, 10 grams of 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 76,162, which has now reached Rs 1,09,971 per 10 grams. Additionally, the price of silver has increased by Rs 40,696. On December 31, 2024, the cost of one kilogram of silver was Rs 86,017, which has now reached Rs 1,26,713 per kilogram.
