Union Labor Minister Mansukh Mandavya has said that currently lakhs of PF accounts are inactive. Now the Center is taking steps to recover that stuck money.

KYC Verification of EPF accounts will be done in a new initiative of the Center. A special digital platform is being brought for this.

But if the KYC is not done, then that money will not be available.

Union Minister Mansukh Mandavya also said that just like the agreement between India and Britain, efforts have been made to bring social security clauses in other countries as well. In this, those working abroad will get the money deposited in the PF after returning to India.
