First of all, go to the official website https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do!
Now choose your state and select the option of a Learner’s License.
After clicking on the option of Learner’s License, you will get the option of Aadhaar, where you have to upload some important documents along with the details of Aadhaar.
Now OTP will come on your mobile number. After filling the details, you have to choose the payment option.
If the payment fails, then you will have to deposit the fee of ₹ 50 again.
