Indian Railways on Tuesday launched the ‘RailOne’ Super App. This app has been introduced to solve all the common problems of railway passengers on a single platform. It offers services like train ticket booking, reservation, PNR status, and live train updates.

The main goal of the RailOne app is to make travel more convenient by bringing multiple services together in one place. With the help of this app, passengers can book IRCTC reserved and unreserved tickets, platform tickets, check PNR and train status, coach details, get help during the journey, and even share travel feedback. The app is now available for download on both the Android Play Store and iOS App Store, making all railway-related tasks easier in one simple interface.

This app will make travel easier for millions of passengers across the country. It will also help reduce problems related to booking and other services. In addition, the app offers features like coach position tracking and travel feedback options.

Special Features of the RailOne App:

  5. After installing, users can log in using their RailConnect or UTSonMobile ID and password.
  6. There is no need to install different apps for different railway services anymore, which also helps save phone storage.
  7. The app includes R-Wallet (Railway e-Wallet). Users can log in with mPIN or biometric (fingerprint) login.
  8. New users can register with fewer details. For basic inquiries, guest access is available using mobile number and OTP.
