May 1: On the occasion of Labor Day/ Maharashtra Day, banks will remain closed in Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Imphal, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji, Patna and Thiruvananthapuram.
May 9: On May 9, banks will remain closed in Kolkata on the occasion of Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti.
May 12: On May 12, due to Buddha Purnima, banks will remain closed in Agartala, Aizawl, Belapur, Bhopal, Dehradun, Itanagar, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla and Srinagar.
May 16: Banks will be closed in Gangtok on Friday on the occasion of State Day.
May 26: Kazi Nazrul will remain closed in Agartala on Monday to commemorate the birthday of Islam.
May 29: On May 29, banks will be closed in Shimla on the occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti.
