On December 15, banks in Arunachal Pradesh will be closed due to the general elections for Panchayati Raj Institutions and Municipalities.
On December 18, there will be a bank holiday in Meghalaya due to the death anniversary of U SoSo Tham.
On December 19, banks in Goa will be closed in observance of Goa Liberation Day.
On December 20, banks in Sikkim will be closed due to the Losoong or Namsoong festival.
Banks across India are also closed on the second and fourth Saturdays and on all Sundays.
