The Reserve Bank of India releases the list of bank holidays in advance every year. This list includes local festivals and holidays. However, RBI has not declared a holiday on July 23. Sawan Shivratri is not a holiday in the RBI calendar. This means that banks will be open on Wednesday, July 23.
