How to Check Eligibility Online
If you want to get an Ayushman Card and want to check your eligibility, you can easily do so using your mobile or laptop. To do this, first visit the official Ayushman Bharat website at https://mera.pmjay.gov.in. Click on the eligibility option. Enter your mobile number. Log in by entering the OTP. Next, enter your state, family member’s name, or ration card number.
After a few seconds, the system will tell you whether your name is on the scheme’s list. If you are eligible, your name and other family members’ information will appear on the screen. You can then apply directly for the card.

Find out using these methods
If you have a smartphone, you can easily check your eligibility using it. Or, you can visit a helpline or a common center. The government has issued two helpline numbers: 14555 and 1800-111-565. You will need to provide your Aadhaar number or ration card number during the call. Alternatively, you can visit a nearby CSC center. You can easily get information about it there.
