How to book an appointment online

To change or link your mobile number in Aadhaar, you first need to book an appointment online. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the official UIDAI appointment website: https://appointments.uidai.gov.in
  2. Click on “Book Appointment”.
  3. Select your city and the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
  4. Choose “Mobile Number Update” under Aadhaar Update/Correction Services.
  5. You need to pay ₹50 for this service at the center.

What to do at the Aadhaar centre

  • Go to the Aadhaar Seva Kendra on your appointment date.
  • Fill the form and write your new mobile number.
  • Officials will take your fingerprint to check your identity.
  • After checking, your application will be accepted.
