Currently, the TVS iQube is sold in India with prices starting at around ₹1 lakh and going up to ₹1.59 lakh (ex-showroom). The upcoming TVS Orbiter will be priced below this range. With an expected price tag of under ₹1 lakh, Orbiter will become the company’s most affordable electric scooter. This aggressive pricing will place it directly against the Bajaj Chetak and Ola S1 X in the growing EV segment.
Designed to Compete with Ola and Bajaj
TVS aims to capture a wider audience with the Orbiter. Positioned below the iQube, it is expected to attract first-time EV buyers. Ola S1 X and Bajaj Chetak already dominate the entry-level space, but with Orbiter’s lower price, TVS is confident of making a strong impact.
