Triumph Motorcycles India has announced that it will officially launch its highly anticipated 350cc segment models in India on April 8, 2026.
Recently spotted testing, these bikes have created a sensational buzz in the market. With an expected starting price of ₹2.20 lakh, these bikes not only look stunning but are also poised to dominate the roads with their powerful performance.
Engine Changes
These new Triumph bikes will use a smaller and refined version of the 398cc engine currently used in the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. The biggest reason for reducing the engine capacity below 350cc is tax savings; instead of the 40% tax applicable on 400cc, these bikes will now fall under the 18% GST slab.
This will not only dramatically reduce their price, but also enhance their low- and mid-range torque to suit Indian roads. With a remarkable power output of 35-40 bhp, these machines will offer a smooth and vibration-free ride on the highway, making them a great choice for long journeys.
Direct Competition with Royal Enfield
This new Triumph series is designed to directly challenge the dominance of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Hunter 350. Manufactured at Bajaj’s Chakan factory, these bikes will include such remarkable models as the Speed 350, Scrambler 350X, and Speed T4 350.
Reports suggest the company may also add a retro model inspired by the Thruxton or Bonneville, which would appeal to customers seeking a blend of classic elegance and modern speed. Triumph aims to bring its brand to the masses and make it more affordable and more dynamic than before.

Despite the low price, Triumph hasn’t compromised on features. These new 350cc bikes feature full LED lighting, an advanced digital console, and safety features like dual-channel ABS, making every ride a magical experience.
