Tata Motors Latest Price List April 2026: Tata Motors has successfully announced a dramatic price hike on its favorite vehicles. These new exorbitant rates have come into effect from April 1,2026,making owning a Tata car a slightly more significant impact on your pocket. The company stated that this significant decision was made to offset the continued strong increase in input costs and manufacturing costs, resulting in an average price increase of 0.5 percent across the ICE (petrol, diesel, and CNG) portfolio.
Safari and Harrier

The Safari and Harrier, among Tata Motors’ most luxurious and robust SUVs,have seen a significant price hike this time, which could have a dramatic impact on your pocket. The Tata Safari’s starting price has now risen to a whopping ₹13.29 lakh (ex-showroom),with prices for its top variants going up to over ₹25.96 lakh. Similarly, the Tata Harrier now starts at ₹12.89 lakh, representing a significant increase of approximately ₹6,500 to ₹12,000 compared to last year. These luxury vehicles remain a strong choice for affluent customers due to their 5-star safety and impressive features, but the new prices have made them even more affordable.
Punch and Nexon
The Tata Punch,Tata’s most successful and powerful micro-SUV,has also received a significant price increase, making it yours to spend at least ₹5.60 lakh to ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom). The petrol and diesel variants of Tata’s most affordable and successful sub-compact SUV,the Nexon, have now become more expensive by a whopping ₹5,000 to ₹7,000,with a new price starting at ₹7.32 lakh. Both the Tata Punch and Nexon are known for their robust build quality and powerful technology, and despite this modest price increase, their demand is expected to remain strong on the roads.
Tiago,Tigor,and Altroz

The hatchback Tiago has also seen a significant price increase, ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹4,000,bringing its new price starting at ₹4.57 lakh to ₹4.60 lakh. In the sedan segment, the Tigor’s price now starts at ₹5.49 lakh, while the premium hatchback Altroz’s impressive starting price has reached a strong ₹6.30 lakh. The recently launched Curvv’s petrol and diesel variants have also become more affordable, with a strong starting price of ₹9.66 lakh to ₹9.71 lakh. This great and successful change, while minor, will certainly make purchasing Tata’s premium vehicles in the new financial year a more robust decision.
Electric Vehicles and Sierra
Tata Motors,in a strong and successful strategy, has not dramatically increased the prices of its electric vehicles (EVs) this time, which is a significant relief for high-end buyers. The Nexon EV,Punch EV,Tiago EV,and Tigor EV will continue to be available at their existing premium prices, providing a significant boost to customers transitioning to clean energy. Furthermore, the prices of Tata’s most powerful Sierra (petrol-diesel) have also been kept unchanged, with a premium starting price of ₹11.49 lakh. There are also reports of a slight price cut on select Altroz models to attract premium customers and boost sales.
