Following the government’s recent announcement, GST on motorcycles under 350cc has been reduced from 28% to 18%, making the Classic 350 cheaper by approximately ₹20,000-₹25,000. New price of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 after the GST cut

The base variant of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 is currently available at an ex-showroom price of approximately ₹1.97 lakh, subject to 28% GST. This means it attracts a GST of approximately ₹43,840, making the bike’s base price (excluding GST) approximately ₹1.53 lakh.
But now, with the new 18% slab coming into effect from September 22, 2025, only ₹28,200 GST will be charged. This means the starting ex-showroom price of the Classic 350 will now be approximately ₹1.81 lakh. This will directly benefit customers by ₹16,000-₹17,000, making it even more affordable for the middle class.
Engine and Performance
The Classic 350 is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder, air-oil-cooled J-series engine that produces 20.4 PS of power and 27 Nm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox, which delivers a smooth riding experience. According to ARAI, its fuel economy is 41 kilometers per liter, which is very good for a bike in this segment.
Excellent Features and Specifications

The Classic 350 features a semi-digital instrument cluster that combines a digital display with an analog speedometer. Some variants also include Tripper navigation and a USB charging port. Its retro look, chrome finish, and round headlights give it a classic feel.
The bike weighs 195 kilograms and has a 13-liter fuel tank. Its ground clearance is 170 mm, and the seat height is 805 mm. Suspension duties are handled by 41 mm telescopic forks at the front and twin rear shock absorbers. Braking is handled by a 300 mm disc at the front and a 270 mm disc or drum brake at the rear. The Classic 350 is available in several attractive colour options, including Redditch Chrome, JCB Grey, Gunmetal Grey, Halcyon Black, Halcyon Green, and Signals Marsh Grey.
