Tata Nexon was first launched in the Indian market in 2017. After , the first update came in 2020 and then in 2023. Tata Nexon also comes first in the list of most liked vehicles of Tata’s lineup.
The upcoming new generation Tata Nexon facelift will be prepared based on the x1 platform. The 2027 Tata Nexon system is also going to be based on this X1 platform, but with major changes. Major changes are also going to be seen in its design.

Cabin and Features

Not only external changes, but it will also be introduced with a new design language in the cabin on the inside. Its cabin will be made more futuristic as well as luxurious and comfortable. Talking about the same features, it will get features like a digital instrument cluster with a large touchscreen infotainment system and Apple CarPlay connectivity with wireless Android Auto. Other features include the latest connected car technology, a 360 degree camera, a height-adjustable driver seat with ventilated and heated seats and many more.

Engine
Under the bonnet, the new generation Nexon is expected to be powered by the current engine options. However, there is no information on whether a diesel engine will be offered or not due to the changing policies of the Indian government.
The Tata Nexon is the only vehicle to come with the current 1.5-litre diesel engine, which was made BS6 compliant without the use of selective catalytic reaction, but the upcoming BS7 is going to come with new regulations which will require a lot of downtime on the engine to meet it.
