Hyundai Creta: Car buyers in India have a new reason to cheer. Hyundai has reduced the prices of its vehicles after the new GST policy came into effect. The updated prices will be applicable from 22 September 2025. Among the models that received a major cut, Hyundai’s popular SUV Creta now comes with a reduced price of up to ₹72,145. This move is expected to boost sales in the coming festive season.
New Features Within the Hyundai Creta
The interior of the Hyundai Creta is premium and fresh. It has a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system which can handle multiple connectivity solutions. In addition to this, the SUV also receives a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. A voice-controlled panoramic sunroof is yet another feature that enhances the comfort and looks of this SUV, making it a segment buster.
Over 70 Safety Features for Added Security
One of the key areas Hyundai has focused on is safety in the Creta. The SUV now boasts over 70 safety features. These include six airbags and a 360-degree camera to improve visibility. To this, the Creta also adds Level-2 ADAS technology that improves driver assistance and improves the SUV’s safety for city drives as well as highway driving.
Powertrain Options in the Hyundai Creta
Hyundai Creta is also offered in three engine options depending on individual driving needs. It has a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Buyers can choose a variant based on their preferred driving style. The ex-showroom price of Creta starts from ₹11.10 lakh for the base model and goes up to ₹20.50 lakh for the range-topping variant.
Up to ₹72,145 Price Slash on Hyundai Creta
With the new GST policy, buyers of Hyundai Creta will now enjoy a price slash of almost ₹72,145. The reduction in price makes the SUV economical and desirable to a larger portion of the consumers. In view of the upcoming festive season, the price slash is expected to generate demand and push the SUV’s visibility on Indian roads higher.
