Honda Elevate 2025 : Two factors important when buying an SUV mainly in India are reliability and price. The upcoming Honda Elevate 2025 is a mix of both these things. With this step, Honda is saying that compact SUV is also changing its definition of real comfort, safety, and features as against show-off cars. Elevate is in the news because it strikes a balance on many fronts-price, performance, and reliability.
Engine and Performance
The Elevate comes up with a 1.5-liter i-VTEC petrol engine which provides around 121 PS of power and 145 Nm of torque. Manual (6-speed) and CVT (automatic) are both available as gearbox options. Mostly road-friendly, it doesn’t make too much noise. However, you won’t get fast races on this engine, because that’s not really what it’s for.
Mileage and Economics
ARAI certified mileage is approximately 15.3-16.9 kmpl, reasonable for this segment. The more traffic you have in the city, the less it will be, and the better it feels on the highway. It is E20 compatible as well, which is truly future-friendly.

Space + Comfort
The moment you sit in the Elevate, you know there is plenty of room available. There is sufficient space for rear seat passengers so that there is not much hassle of bending and sitting. Boot space is very good; around 458 litres, so there’s no problem in keeping luggage. Ground clearance is 220 mm so the car can easily run smooth through potholes and uneven Indian roads.
Features and Safety
The Elevate boasts many excellent tech features that elevate it above just a “commuting SUV.” Features include a 10.25-inch screen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, digital instrument cluster, air-conditioning, rear AC vents, etc. Safety features include the Honda Sensing Advanced Driver Assistance System package, which has Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Auto High Beam, etc. Essential safety features: 6 airbags, VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist), hill start assist, etc.
Price and Variant options
The price for the Elevate starts at around ₹ 11.91 lakh for the base variant (manual) and approximately goes up to around ₹ 16-17 lakh with the top variants (CVT and Black editions). Some variants stay within that ₹ 12-lakh range, but may be less featured.

Weaknesses / Missing Features
While good, there are a few downsides. Engine power is not quite high so overtaking at high speeds can be jerky. Some rival SUVs offer more luxurious features (panoramic sunroof and great insulation). There have been some criticisms around noise insulation inside the cabin, with road noise seeping in.
Conclusion
All in all, the Honda Elevate 2025 is a very good choice for those looking at reliability and comfort with safety features in a compact SUV. But if you are on a tight budget and you think “the best” means power + luxury + features combined, then it is probably going to be difficult for you to go a little higher.
