The pinnacle of automotive collaboration has arrived on Indian shores with the delivery of the first Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini in Mumbai. This limited-edition masterpiece, priced at a staggering ₹1.03 Crore (ex-showroom), represents a fusion of two Italian titans: Ducati and Lamborghini. With a price tag equivalent to two high-end Toyota Fortuners, this isn’t just a motorcycle; it is a moving piece of high-performance art.
Following its global sell-out, only a handful of units have been allocated for India. We have analyzed the Revuelto-inspired design, the lightweight carbon-fiber construction, and the Desmosedici Stradale engine to bring you a look inside this ultra-exclusive superbike.
Design
This is the third collaboration between the two brands, following the Diavel and Streetfighter editions. The Panigale V4 Lamborghini is directly inspired by Lamborghini’s first V12 hybrid plug-in flagship, the Lamborghini Revuelto.
-
Verde Scandal & Grigio Telesto: The bike features the iconic Lamborghini color palette with an exposed carbon fiber finish.
-
Forged Wheels: The rims are specially designed to mimic the forged wheels found on the Revuelto supercar.
-
Aero & Ergonomics: It features modified aerodynamic wings, a new tail section, and a seat made from the same high-tech materials found in Lamborghini interiors.

Performance
With a dry weight of just 185 kg and a power output of 218.5 hp, the bike achieves a power-to-weight ratio of 1.18 hp/kg. This makes it one of the most aggressive and fastest-accelerating machines ever sold in India.
-
The Engine: Powered by the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, delivering 122.1 Nm of torque.
-
Exhaust: Comes standard with an Akrapovič titanium racing exhaust that significantly reduces weight while enhancing the V4 symphony.
-
Suspension: Equipped with the top-tier Öhlins Smart EC 3.0 electronic suspension for instantaneous adjustment on the track or road.
Exclusivity
Only 630 units are being produced for the general public worldwide. Additionally, a “Speciale Clienti” series of just 63 units is reserved exclusively for Lamborghini owners, allowing them to customize the bike to match their car’s exact paint and trim.
-
Billet Aluminum: Many parts, including the footpegs and levers, are machined from solid blocks of aluminum for maximum strength and minimum weight.
-
The “63” Branding: The number 63 prominently displayed on the fairing pays homage to the year Lamborghini was founded (1963).
-
Digital Experience: Even the dashboard features a special start-up animation unique to this edition, showing the Ducati and Lamborghini logos together.
Pros & Cons
| Pros | Cons |
| Unmatched Exclusivity: One of the rarest motorcycles in the world; a guaranteed investment. | Price: At ₹1.03 Crore, it is purely for the ultra-wealthy (costs more than many luxury SUVs). |
| Pinnacle Engineering: Uses materials like titanium and carbon fiber usually reserved for MotoGP. | Practicality: Not suitable for Indian city traffic; requires high-octane fuel and smooth tracks. |
| Lamborghini DNA: The closest experience to owning a supercar on two wheels. | Maintenance: Extremely high service costs and specialized parts that may take months to arrive. |
| Resale Potential: Limited edition Ducati-Lamborghini collaborations historically appreciate in value. | Seat Height: Aggressive racing ergonomics can be taxing for long rides. |

Is it worth ₹1 Crore
-
Buy the Panigale V4 Lamborghini if you are a high-net-worth collector who wants the absolute best of Italian engineering and a vehicle that will likely be worth more in 10 years than it is today.
-
Do NOT buy if you are looking for a daily superbike. For a fraction of the price (₹27-30 Lakh), the standard Panigale V4 S offers 95% of the performance without the “collector’s premium.”
