The Bajaj Platina 110 is the first bike in its segment to be given the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). 240mm disc brakes on the front wheel and 110mm drum brakes on the rear wheel are provided, allowing complete control of the bike during braking. The tire does not skid when applying brakes suddenly due to ABS, which greatly increases the safety level.
