Tata Harrier and Safari Petrol

Harrier and Safari have been known for diesel engines for a long time, but now the arrival of petrol options is going to reach more people with these SUVs. Tata is soon to launch the petrol version of Harrier and Safari, which will get a new 1.5-liter Hyperion tGDi petrol engine. The same engine has also been seen in the recently launched Sierra.

Tata Harrier and Safari to get petrol engine next year

This powertrain generates power of 158 bhp and torque of 255 Nm, which gives balanced performance for both the city and the highway. The gearbox option will include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. There will be no major changes to Harrier and Safari in terms of design, features and safety.

The most interesting thing is about price. It is expected that with petrol engines the price of these SUVs can be reduced from about 1 to 1.5 lakh rupees, which will fit the budget of more buyers.

Tata Punch Facelift

Punch Facelift is one of the cars that people have been waiting for a long time. This micro-SUV has already made a strong grip in its segment and will be made more fresh with a facelift. Punch is clear of the facelift that it has seen many times during testing that its design will be inspired by the Punch EV, although the ICE model will see some minor changes.

The name Sierra is an icon in itself and now its electric avatar is about to arrive. Tata Motors has confirmed that the Sierra EV will be launched in the first quarter of 2026. The SUV will be based on the ARGOS platform and can have the option of rear-wheel drive as well as all-wheel drive.

Talking about its design, the Sierra EV will be very similar to the ICE Sierra, but the blank-off grille in the front and some EV-specific elements will give it a different identity. Once charged, a range of about 500 kilometers is expected. The price can be between 16 and 25 lakh rupees (ex-showroom).
