Yamaha has unveiled the 2025 Aerox 155 in India, introducing two striking new color options—Racing Blue and Ice Fluo Vermillion—alongside refreshed body graphics. The brand states that these vibrant shades cater to urban riders, joining the existing Metallic Black variant. Additionally, the entire Aerox 155 lineup now complies with the latest OBD-2B emission standards, ensuring adherence to stricter environmental regulations.

Design & Styling Updates

The 2025 Aerox 155 retains its sporty, race-inspired aesthetics with updated graphics on the side fairings and body panels. The signature X Centre motif continues to enhance its aggressive styling, making it a standout in the maxi-scooter segment.

Performance & Features

Under the hood, the scooter remains powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine—shared with Yamaha’s R15 and MT-15 motorcycles. It delivers:

  • 15 PS @ 8,000 rpm

  • 13.9 Nm torque @ 6,500 rpm

The engine is equipped with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) for smooth power delivery across different RPM ranges. Safety is bolstered by a Traction Control System (TCS) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), ensuring better stability and control.

Key Upgrades & Pricing

The Version S variant now features Yamaha’s Smart Key System, enabling keyless ignition for added convenience. The new color options are priced as follows (ex-showroom, Delhi):

  • Racing Blue & Ice Fluo Vermillion: ₹1,53,430

  • Metallic Black: ₹1,50,130

The Aerox 155 will be available at Yamaha Blue Square dealerships across India.
