Mahindra has officially launched the 2025 XUV400 with updated features and a refreshed design. The company has focused on providing more value through enhanced technology and comfort upgrades. The 2025 Mahindra XUV400 continues to offer an electric powertrain with two battery pack options – 34.5 kWh and 39.4 kWh. The motor generates a peak power output of 150 PS and 310 Nm torque. This setup allows for instant acceleration and smooth driving experience. The SUV now supports both regular and fast charging, offering more flexibility to users. This updated XUV400 delivers a certified range of up to 456 km on a single full charge for the larger battery variant. For city riders or daily commuters, even the smaller battery model gives around 375 km of range. Mahindra claims that the SUV can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 50 minutes using a DC fast charger. It helps in reducing downtime and adds convenience to long-distance travel.

Design Updates and Look

The 2025 XUV400 gets refreshed design elements such as a new gloss black grille with copper accents, sleeker LED headlamps, and stylish dual-tone alloys. The front and rear bumpers are redesigned for a sportier appeal. The cabin now features dual-tone interior theme with a larger touchscreen and revised dashboard. Soft-touch materials and chrome detailing add to its premium look.

Enhanced Specifications You Should Know

This model now comes equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, over-the-air updates, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and rear AC vents. New safety features like ESC, TPMS, and hill hold assist are also included. The boot space remains at 378 litres, and the vehicle rides on 16-inch diamond-cut alloys. The top model also includes connected car technology.

The 2025 Mahindra XUV400 is priced from ₹15.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base EC Pro variant and goes up to ₹17.49 lakh for the top EL Pro variant. Mahindra is offering introductory benefits and exchange bonuses on limited stock. Customers booking early can also avail benefits under EV promotion schemes depending on their city or state.
