Forex Card: When it comes to traveling, one of the top worries for folks planning a trip abroad is whether their forex card and currency will arrive on time. But guess what? That stress is a thing of the past. BookMyForex, which is part of the MakeMyTrip Group, has rolled out some awesome new features for travelers, making it super easy to buy forex.
Now, you can get your forex card delivered on weekends too!
The company has shared that you can now get same-day delivery of forex cards and currency notes every day of the week. For the first time ever, they’ve also introduced a Pay-on-Delivery (POD) option, so you don’t have to pay upfront anymore.
How does the Pay-on-Delivery option work?
Right now, POD is only for foreign currency notes. You can pay via UPI or other methods when your delivery arrives at your doorstep. Cash on delivery is also an option, but it’s capped at Rs 50,000 per passenger.
Where can you use this service?
Same-day delivery is available in major cities across the country and will soon expand to more areas. If you finish your payment and paperwork before 1 p.m., your order will be delivered the same day.
According to a press release from the company, one in five customers looks for forex on weekends and often books right before their trip. In the past, many orders couldn’t be fulfilled because there was no weekend delivery and customers had to pay in advance. These new services will totally fix that issue.
