Opportunity to take the 10th and 12th grade board exams twice a year
Some time ago, Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar announced that the 10th and 12th grade board exams in the state will now be held twice a year. This new system has been implemented to provide additional opportunities to students.

According to the new system:
- First Phase (Main Exam): February–March
- Second Phase (Re-Examination/Improvement Exam): May–June
Who will be allowed to reappear for the exam?
According to the new examination policy, it will be mandatory for all students to appear for the main exam. If a student has a compartment in up to three subjects, they will be able to re-appear in the May–June exam. Students who pass all subjects but wish to improve their scores will also be able to appear for the second exam. This system aims to reduce pressure on students and give them a chance to perform better.
