Team India bounced back in the ongoing 5-match T20I series against Australia. With the help from Washington Sundar and Jitesh Sharma, India secured win at Ninja stadium. Before that, in the first innings of the game, Tim David played some brilliant cricket.

Australia’s Tim David played an explosive innings of 74 runs off 38 balls in the third T20 match against India. He hit eight fours and five sixes in this innings. David hit a six that so astonished an elderly fan sitting in the stadium that his reaction has gone viral on social media. The elderly fan, who had come to watch the match, couldn’t believe Tim David’s six.

Tim David hit this six off Axar Patel in the 11th over of the innings. David’s shot was so powerful that the ball hit the stadium’s roof railing and bounced back down. Had it not hit the stadium roof railing, it would have gone out. This six by Tim David was measured at 129 meters long.

 

Australia lost the toss and were invited to bat first in the third match of the five-match T20 series against India. The hosts got off to a disastrous start, dismissing Travis Head in the very first over. Arshdeep Singh then dismissed Mitchell Owen in his next over, severely shaking Australia. However, Tim David, along with Mitchell Marsh, led their team to a strong comeback.

Although Mitchell Marsh failed to play a big innings and was dismissed for just 11 runs, Marcus Stoinis then took charge. Stoinis scored 64 runs in 39 balls with the help of 8 fours and 2 sixes. Finally, Matthew Short made 26 runs to take Australia’s score to 186 in 20 overs. Arshdeep Singh took the most wickets for India with three wickets. Varun Chakravarthy took two wickets, and Shivam Dube took one.
