The new Himalayan 750 will be the company’s flagship adventure bike, positioned above the existing Himalayan 450. It can be launched by early 2026 in both India and the international market.

Interestingly, Royal Enfield is also working on an Electric Himalayan under the same name plate, but at the moment this petrol engine version will launch first.

Design and Features

Talking about design, let me tell you that it has a more sculpted front cowl, higher windscreen, larger fuel tank, and a completely new chassis which is now given Monoshock Suspension with Linkage.

Although its design resembles the DNA Himalayan 450, the new bike appears more muscular and touring-focused. Unified taillights and turn indicators are provided at the rear, while a full-color TFT screen will be provided on the handlebar with smartphone connectivity and navigation support.

Performance

Now let’s talk about its performance, the new Himalayan 750 is powering a new 750cc Parallel-Twin engine, which will be a more powerful version of the company’s 650cc engine. This engine will generate more than 50hp of power and around 55Nm of torque. It will be given a 6-speed gearbox and Slipper Clutch, providing a smooth riding experience on long trips.

Off-roading

Royal Enfield has left no stone unturned to make this bike a better adventure partner. It features 19-inch Front and 17-inch Rear Wire-Spoke Wheels that are suitable for all types of paths.

Along with the new Bash Plate, Side-Mounted Crash Bars, and Mounts of Auxiliary Lights, this bike is also fully finished in off-road trips.

Price and competition

In terms of price, it is expected that this bike will be launched between ₹4.5 lakh to ₹5 lakh (ex-showroom), proving to be a value-for-money option in its segment. .

After launch, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will compete directly with mid-weight adventure bikes such as the Honda CB500X, the upcoming BMW F450 GS, and the Kawasaki KLE 500.
