Meanwhile, a western disturbance will become active from November 4th to 5th, which may increase the cold in Delhi and NCR.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for light to moderate rain in Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Motihari, Muzaffarpur, Kishanganj, Katihar, Araria, and Purnia over the next 24 hours. The rain has brought a chill to many districts of Bihar.
