When is Dev Uthani Ekadashi?
According to the Vedic calendar, Dev Uthani Ekadashi will be celebrated on November 1st. The next day, on the Dwadashi Tithi, Tulsi Vivah takes place. It is believed that Lord Vishnu awakens from his four-month yogic sleep on Dev Uthani Ekadashi. After this, all auspicious ceremonies begin.
Offer Tulsi leaves along with the offerings on Devuthani Ekadashi
On Devuthani Ekadashi, offerings should be made to Lord Vishnu, and Tulsi leaves should be included in the offerings. It is believed that even the Lord himself will not accept the offerings without Tulsi leaves. If this remedy is followed, Lord Narayana will be pleased and fulfil every wish.

One should circumambulate the Tulsi plant 5 or 7 times. It is believed that following this remedy will bring Goddess Lakshmi to the home.
