Engine and Power
The new 2025 Swift comes in five variants – LXi, VXi, VXi (O), ZXi and ZXi+. You can buy it with petrol or CNG option. The biggest change is in the engine. Maruti has removed the old 4-cylinder K-series petrol engine and installed a new 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder Z-series petrol engine. This engine generates 80 bhp at 5,700 RPM and 111.7 Nm of torque at 4,300 RPM.
Design
The new Swift retains its compact and sporty look, but has grown a bit longer and wider. It has a length of 3860 mm, a width of 1735 mm and a height of 1520 mm. Its wheelbase is 2450 mm and ground clearance is 163 mm. Its boot has 265 liters of space and a 37 liter fuel tank. The same exterior design now offers LED headlights, DRL and 15-inch alloy wheels in high trims.
Safety Features
If we talk about Safety Features, then there is no shortage in terms of security in the new Swift. All variants include 6 airbags, EBD with ABS, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill Hold Assist and ISOFIX child seat mounts. High trims also receive rear parking cameras and speed alerts.
Interiors and technology
Talking about Interiors , the top variants have a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A 7-inch screen is provided in the mid-variant. The same car also has features like automatic climate control, cruise control, wireless phone charger and push-button start / stop, which make everyday drives easier.

Variant-wise prices and color options
The 2025 Swift is available in a total of 10 color options. Prices vary depending on the variant and petrol/CNG option. Petrol variants range from the LXi to the ZXi+ AGS, priced between ₹5.78 lakh and ₹8.64 lakh. CNG variants are priced between ₹7.44 lakh and ₹8.38 lakh.
