The Yamaha MT-07 can be launched in India in November 2025. Its estimated price is expected to be between Rs 7.50 lakh to Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). This bike is for those who want a premium experience with strong performance in mid-range sports bikes.The company recently showcased some premium bikes to its dealers, including the MT-07.

Engine and performance

If talked about its true strength, the Yamaha MT-07 features a 689cc, liquid-cooled, Parallel-Twin CP2 engine. This engine is also seen in Yamaha YZF-R7. The engine uses a 270-degree crankshaft, which gives it a unique sound and smooth performance. This engine generates power of 72.4 bhp at 8,750 rpm and torque of 67 Nm at 6,500 rpm. It is connected to a 6-speed gearbox, which gives fast response and great gear shifting.
