Design
The new Toyota Land Cruiser FJ is sure to be small to watch, but its style and road presence compete with larger SUVs. On its front is the Gloss Black Rectangular Grille, which has a large TOYOTA logo engraved in the middle. Also, it has C-Shaped LED DRLs, Fog Lamps and Silver Color Skid Plate, which gives it a rough and bold appeal.
Looking from the side, it looks like a classic boxy SUV, with flared fenders, thick cladding and black alloy wheels. The rear tailgate-mounted spare wheel, vertically stacked LED taillights, and the larger black bumpers give it an even more adventurous look. The special thing is that the corners of its front and rear bumpers are removable, making repair easier after minor damage.

Interior
Talking about the interior, Toyota has kept the FJ cabin simple, functional and driver-friendly. The all-black themed interior and flat surface dashboard give it a clean and visible layout. The dashboard features a large central touchscreen, bottom AC controls, 4WD dials, and gear selectors. This SUV comes with a 5-seater layout, and features such as digital driver displays, steering-mounted controls, and dual-zone climate control.
It is not far behind even in terms of safety. Toyota has included Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), which will feature features such as auto braking, lane assist and adaptive cruise control. Also, it is expected to have multiple airbags and a 360-degree camera.
Customization
Toyota has designed the Land Cruiser FJ to be customizable to each user. It will feature a number of accessory options, such as round headlights (inspired by the old Land Cruiser), MOLLE panels for mounting outdoor equipment, a snorkel, and a roof luggage carrier.

Engine
Talking about the engine, the new Toyota Land Cruiser FJ has a 2.7-liter Naturally Aspirated Petrol Engine. Its specification power: 163 PS, torque: 246 Nm and transmission: 6-speed ECT (Electronically Control Torque Converter Transmission) ..
This engine is not only powerful but also gives smooth driving experience. Its ECT gearbox makes gear shifts extremely efficient with the help of electronic control, making this SUV great in both on-road and off-road conditions.
Launch
Talking about the launch, Toyota has currently introduced it as Prototype, but the company is set to launch its production model soon. It is expected that this SUV will hit the streets of Japan by mid-2026.
Toyota will then launch it in global markets. Although no official information has been given about its launch in India yet, it is possible to come, given the growing off-road SUV demand in the country.
