Tata Motors is once again introducing its legendary SUV, the Tata Sierra, in a new avatar in the Indian automobile market. Once a symbol of style and power on Indian roads in the 90s, it is returning once again.

This time with both electric and IC (Internal Combustion) versions. This new offering from the company will be completely modern not only in terms of design but also in features and technology. Let’s find out what will be special about this upcoming SUV.

Design

The new generation’s Tata Sierra design will be both aggressive and stylish. The closed grill section at the front, slim LED headlamps, and a full-with light bar will give it a futuristic look. Also, Sculpted Bonnet, Muscular Bumper, and Sharp Character Lines will give it a premium feel in the SUV segment.

At the rear, Sierra will retain its squared-off theme. LED taillight bars, roof spoilers, and shark fin antenna further enhance the personality of the SUV. Its boxy tailgate design gives a glimpse of the old Sierra model, thereby retaining its iconic identity.

Production-Ready Tata Sierra to Debut Next Month

Interior

The new Tata Sierra from the inside will be extremely premium and high-tech. Recent spy shots have shown that its cabin will come with a layered dashboard design. It will be given a triple screen layout, which will include a digital instrument cluster, central infotainment system, and a passenger side display.

Also, it will feature floating center consoles, ambient lighting, and soft touch materials that will completely transform the driving experience.

Electric and IC Engine

The biggest feature of Tata Sierra will be that this SUV will be available in two versions, Electric (EV) and IC Engine (Petrol/Diesel).

The company will not have much visual difference in both versions so that a Unified Identity of the brand remains. Just a few small design elements such as grill pattern, lighting signature, and badging will make both versions look different.
