According to the Indian Meteorological Department, an alert of heavy rain with thunder and lightning has been issued in all the districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Heavy rain alert in many districts
If the Meteorological Department is to be believed, then there is a possibility of heavy rain in Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar and Kushinagar on September 11, i.e. today. For this, a yellow alert has been issued here. There is also a possibility of lightning. According to IMD, the monsoon trough line seems to be moving towards Uttar Pradesh. Heavy rain alert has been issued in Pilibhit, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bahraich, Shravasti, Gonda, and Basti.
Heavy rain may occur in Gorakhpur, Deoria, Ballia and Lalitpur. A heavy rain alert has been issued in Sonbhadra and the surrounding areas. It is a matter of relief that the water level of rivers in Uttar Pradesh is now flowing well below the danger mark. Once the water level of the rivers rose, floodwater reached the residential areas.
What was the temperature?
According to the Meteorological Department, in the last 24 hours, the temperature has been the highest in Orai. The maximum temperature here was recorded up to 36.6 degrees Celsius. The temperature level in Kanpur district was 335.6 degreesCelsius, in Bahraich it was 35.degrees Celsius.
Apart from this, the lowest temperature was 24 degrees in Etawah, 25 degrees in Barabanki and 25.2 degrees in Najibabad. The water level of the rivers of the Thorekhpur-Basti division is fluctuating. The water level of the Saryu River in Ayodhya has reached below the danger mark.
