Mumbai Bomb Threat: Panic spread in Mumbai when the traffic police received a message from terrorists threatening to blow up the city. This message was sent through WhatsApp. Mumbai Police received a threatening message about bombs being planted in 34 vehicles on the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi. As soon as this message was received, there was a stir in the police administration.

After this, the police also became completely alert. It was claimed in the message that bombs have been planted in 34 vehicles, in which the entire city will shake with the explosion of 400 kg of RDX. In this message, mentioning an organization called Lashkar-e-Jihadi, it was said that 14 Pakistani terrorists have entered India. This explosion can kill 1 crore people.

Mumbai Police engaged in investigation

After receiving a threatening message on the WhatsApp number of the traffic police, Mumbai Police came into action and is now on alert mode. Mumbai Police has taken the threat seriously and has started immediate investigation. A senior Mumbai Police official informed that the WhatsApp number from which this message was sent has been traced.

Threats have been received earlier as well

This is not the first time that threatening messages have come to Mumbai, their history is very old. On August 22, a threatening email was received at the ISKCON temple in Girgaon, Mumbai. The threatening email was sent to the official email ID of the ISKCON temple. After the information, the police and the bomb disposal team reached the spot and the entire temple premises were thoroughly checked.
